In the past, other trips have included domestic and international partnerships. In 2016, FPC's largest mission trip ever, with 75 adult and youth participants served the people of San Raimundo, Guatemala with Casas por Cristo. In 2017, 50 students and 12 adult mentors from FPC traveled to the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. Pine Ridge is a community that, although it has joys, also has many hardships, including a devastating poverty rate, a startlingly low life expectancy, a struggling school system, and more.
